4. Payment Terms
a. All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
b. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.
c. We accept payment methods- bank transfer, credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc..
5. Cancellation and Refunds
a. Coaching Services
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to receive a refund or reschedule.
No-shows or late cancellations will not be refunded.
b. Retreats and Events
Refund policies for retreats and events are specific to each offering and will be detailed at the time of booking.
c. Products and Merchandise
Returns and refunds are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the product, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Full refund policy:
1. Digital Products Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all digital products, including online coaching courses and training materials. If you are not satisfied with your digital purchase, you can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility for Refund:
To be eligible for a refund, the digital product must not have been extensively used or accessed beyond a reasonable level of trial use (e.g., completing more than 25% of an online course or accessing a significant portion of training materials).
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, please email our support team (Info@akalalifestyle.com) within 14 days of your purchase. Please include your purchase details and reason for requesting the refund.
~ Refund Process:
Upon approval, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. The processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider but typically takes 5-10 business days.
2. Retreat Packages Refund Policy
Due to the logistical complexity of organizing in-person retreats, we have a specific refund policy for our retreat packages:
Total deposits of the retreats are non refundable.
Booking made 6 months to departure date, 50% of package fare payable.
3 months to departure date 70% of the package fare payable.
10 weeks to the departure date 100% of the package payable, do no refund.
However, a 25% cancellation fee will apply to the total package cost, for all qualifying refunds.
A writing notice is required for cancellation of booking. We reserve the right to cancel your booking for non-payment when you do not keep up with your booking (no warning notice will be sent)
Not included: travel insurance cover, internal transfers (IT), City Tax, Visa fee, Optional activities rate, gratuities & Entrance fee for attractions outside of the resort.
Extenuating Circumstances:
If you are unable to attend the retreat due to extenuating circumstances, such as illness or family emergencies, please contact us at info@akalalifestyle.com. In such cases, we may offer a full refund or waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. You may be required to provide supporting documentation.
Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat date are not eligible for a refund, except in cases of extenuating circumstances.
~ Transfer of Booking:
If you cannot attend the retreat, you may request to transfer your booking to a future retreat, subject to availability. You must notify us at least 14 days before the retreat date, and no additional fee will be charged for the transfer. The new retreat date must be within 12 months of the original booking.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
Deposits for Retreat Packages:
If a deposit is required to secure your spot in a retreat, the deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise specified in specific retreat terms.
Consultation or Coaching Services:
Any one-on-one consultation or coaching sessions are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

Once your refund request is approved:
Digital Products: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original navment method used.
~ Retreat Packages: Refunds for retreats (less any applicable cancellation fees) will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
